What we collect

If you fill in the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number and your message. We use it to answer you, and nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not send marketing.

Your message is emailed to the school office and is also stored in this website's control panel so an enquiry cannot be lost if an email fails to arrive.

Before a message reaches us it passes through a spam check, which sends the sending computer's IP address to Cloudflare to confirm you are a person and not a bot. Cloudflare does not keep it and neither do we.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It tells us how many people came and what they looked at, not who they are. It sets cookies to do this. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

The site sets no advertising cookies and carries no advertising trackers.

How long we keep things

Contact form messages are kept while they are useful and are deleted when they are not. Analytics data is held by Google under its own retention settings.
